No. The retainer is non-refundable. In some cases, it may be applied as a credit toward a future order.

Wedding orders are paid in full 2 weeks before the event date. Celebration cakes are paid before production.

Small adjustments are usually possible. Major design changes may be limited closer to your date.

Our service area is focused around Mount Desert Island and surrounding coastal Maine. Extended delivery may be possible based on date and logistics.

We can accommodate select dietary requests when possible, including gluten-free options. Our kitchen is not allergen-free, and we can’t guarantee zero cross-contact. If you’d like specialty ingredients—such as organic ingredients or higher-protein adjustments—we can usually offer that for an additional cost.
